Bordeaux & Burgundy needed a brand that felt as sharp and strategic as the companies it served. The agency specialises in helping B2B SaaS startups scale from seed to enterprise - but their own brand needed direction, consistency, and a stronger visual voice to match the calibre of their clients. Internally, there was also a need to align design with business strategy.

As Senior Designer, I’ve been deeply embedded in both the agency’s brand and the brands of our clients. I led the overhaul of Bordeaux & Burgundy’s visual identity and helped shape our GTM design strategy, positioning design not just as decoration, but as a growth lever. My work has touched every part of the agency’s design ecosystem, from internal branding to paid media pipelines.

Brand Identity Refresh

Evolved the B&B brand to feel sophisticated, fresh and modern while still leaving room for playful moments. Designed new visual assets, templates, and internal guides to make the brand scalable.

GTM Strategy Design

Helped embed design into the core of our GTM services. Created modular ad frameworks, landing page systems, and multi-touch nurture assets tailored to early-stage SaaS startups. Focused on rapid iteration, conversion-driven creative and brand consistency.

Campaign Design

Delivered high-performing ad creative for SaaS products across AI, fintech, dev tools, and HR tech. Developed scalable visuals for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google campaigns. Often worked directly with performance marketers to test and refine messaging/design pairings in real time.
